The Honourable Commissioner of Science, Technology and Innovation, Dr. Aishatu Umar Maigari welcomes participants to the event. It’s a quiz conducted every year at state level for secondary science students . The best school will represent the state at federal level for the 774 young Nigerian scientist presidential award(YONSPA). The award is for three categories(1 , 2 and 3 positions). The state governor will award them with certificate of excellent and also a gift.
